Jon is the Director of CFTHW and leads all the counseling sessions. Tami serves as the administrator. They have been married 38 years and have worked together in various ministries throughout their marriage. They live in Poulsbo, WA near their three adult children, spouses and grandchildren.

Jon has pastored for over twelve years and retired from a law enforcement career spanning 26 years. In those years, he worked as a Hostage Negotiator, Crisis Intervention Officer, Patrol Sergeant, D.A.R.E Officer, School Resource Officer, middle school sports coach, and Field Training Officer. During his time as Pastor, he brought Emotionally Healthy Discipleship and Celebrate Recovery to his church. Jon received his Bachelors Degree in Psychology, has had many hours of Police training and received a Masters and Doctorate of Ministry in Pastoral Leadership. 

Tami has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, has served alongside of Jon as pastor’s wife and served as Director of Sponsorship for Children of the Nations, a non-profit Christian Organization that helps children.

Pastor Jon and Tami have a passion through prayer and counseling to see people set free from broken relationships, emotional pains, spiritual issues, and other strongholds affecting life and relationships. They have found through the training of Caring for the Heart Ministries, a Biblical model that brings people to Jesus to heal their hearts and set them free. Jon and Tami are down to earth people, who like most of us, have experienced their share of life’s relational pains leading to the miraculous experience of Christ’s healing touch.
