Getting married is one of the biggest decisions a person will make in life. Falling in love and committing your life to one another is only the beginning. 

Marriage takes commitment, patience, understanding, and intentional work to deepen and grow. Many will put more time and research into selecting a college or choosing a career than preparing for their marriage. We believe marriage is a gift from God and that He desires to help you honor and cherish the one you love the most. God has a design for your marriage and it is amazing!

We want to prepare couples to have a strong foundation for a powerfully intimate and deeply rooted relationship. We facilitate this by helping couples understand and resolve issues that may hinder their relationship. Emotional damage, abuse, spiritual issues, or sin can prevent a person from responding appropriately in relationships. We seek to help couples identify issues and resolve them at a heart level before their wedding day. The desired outcome is for couples to have truly open hearts towards each other bringing about a deeper and healthier emotional connection. 

During premarital counseling we will look at topics such as; becoming one, understanding each other’s emotional needs, understanding past pain or pressure patterns, resolving any past abuse, and developing emotional and spiritual connections. We will discuss God’s plan for marriage and help couples communicate and care for one another at a heart level.
